OWNERSHIP

The Pelagic Group is owned jointly between Chris Norman and Michael Sier. Both are West Australians with a lifelong interest in the marine world and industry.

Chris Norman
Chris was one of the founders of Austal Limited. Originally a naval architect, Chris was central to the growth and development of Austal and secured the sales of the large vehicle-passenger ferries for which the company is internationally renowned. Visit www.austal.com

Michael Sier
Michael has a commercial background in the marine industry. Originally a Chartered Accountant for a big six firm, Michael worked in Canada and the UK before returning to Australia with Macquarie Equities. This was followed by several years at Austal Limited supporting the sales function, structuring finance for the export of large vehicle-passenger ferries.
